Photo North - Northern Photography Centre

Photo North - The Northern Photography Centre is a promoter and expert in the field of photography in Northern Finland and the Barents Region.

Activities include domestic and international photography exhibitions and projects. Photo North - Nordic Photography Centre operates two galleries and a photography library in the centre of Oulu, at the Culture House Valve, Hallituskatu 7, Oulu. The Northern Photography Centre offers free expert assistance in the form of clinic hours for those working in the field of photography.

Photo North - The Nordic Photographic Centre coordinates the Nordic Photographic Network in cooperation with its partners.

Photo North - Photo North has a partnership agreement with the City of Oulu. In addition to the City of Oulu, the Centre is funded by the Arts Promotion Centre and the Kone Foundation from 2022-2025. Funding is also sought annually from various foundations and funds.
